Founded in 2020 by Jack, Dank Franks is a street food venture inspired by kebabs and wraps from around the world. With over 15 years of culinary experience, Jack’s passion for fresh ingredients and bold flavours led him to life on the road in a food truck.
Our iconic 1960s Citroën HY truck, originally imported from France, was lovingly restored between 2023–2024, preserving its vintage charm while becoming the blue and white showstopper you see today.
The name Dank Franks honours Frank, Jack’s beloved Boston Terrier, whose memory lives on at the heart of the business.

The van travels to various locations across southwest Cornwall each week, setting up at our regular pop-up takeaway spots. In addition to these, we also cater at food festivals, music events, markets, weddings, and more—so our schedule changes weekly!
